> If I could make one improvement, it would be to the heating. There are times when you really need the radiator on, but it just doesn't seem to be, and other times the shower water isn't as warm or hot as I’d expect. So honestly, if there’s anything I could change, it would be the heating. Thank you.

> Great question. I think one of the best ways to make life there better is to make sure the services actually work properly. For example, the heater is really important. It can get cold inside. There was one night when I was basically shivering because the place was cold and the heater would not turn on.

> The second thing is hot water. Sometimes, like yesterday, there is no hot water at all. Because of that, I couldn’t even take a bath.

> The third thing is the internet. I’m not sure how it’s set up, but so far I have not been able to connect my computer directly. Here, I can only get online using one of my phones. Then I can connect my laptop through the phone. It would be nice if they made it a bit simpler, like just entering your email address and password and being able to connect right away. I don’t think that complicated setup is necessary in 2025. Thanks.
