> Honestly, I think one thing that would really help is adding better ventilation to the rooms. We live right by the sea, and during the cold winters the heating in the room mixes with the cold air outside. It ends up creating a lot of damp, especially on the windows and around the walls. In my room, I’m constantly dealing with mold. I’ve noticed a few other rooms have the same problem too, so fixing the ventilation would be a good place to start.

> Hi! Honestly, I think the place is pretty much fine. The accommodation is really nice overall. Our manager has been great as well, and they do seem to handle things well. There are just a few small issues that I noticed from before, like things that were not fully sorted out. For example, there is a tap in the kitchen that is slightly broken, but aside from that the kitchen area seems okay.

> This is my room, and it’s also nice and everything works well for the most part. The only thing is in winter, the heaters do not seem to work as well as the ones in the other rooms. Also, the heater in here only runs for about two hours on the setting I have. After that, you have to go in and press it again to make sure it stays on. Other than that, it’s all good.
