> The only thing I’d suggest improving is the elevator. It seems to get stuck between floors for a couple of days, and repairs take way too long. There have also been days when the internet acts up, so those issues definitely need to be fixed. Other than that, everything is perfect.

> It’s really good value for money and the location is excellent. Honestly, I doubt you’ll find anything cheaper elsewhere. It’s also one of the easiest places to book. They accept an international guarantor and they don’t ask for a reference or a huge deposit. You only pay £200 to reserve the room, and that amount goes toward your first month’s rent. For a student, it feels like one of the most affordable and accessible options out there. The cleaning is basically up to you and your roommates, so if people don’t keep on top of it, the shared spaces can get messy. But that’s more about the tenants, and Unite are completely upfront about that.
