> 1. It would be really nice if there was someone available on weekends too, like in other places. There is always someone at the front desk for issues, which helps a lot. Sometimes we accidentally leave our keys behind, not on purpose, and then it turns into a big headache and we end up paying extra just to get the door opened.  
> 2. The internet is a bit unreliable. The connection can get really slow at times, and it’s only rarely fast.  
> 3. The blinds could cover more of the window, for better full coverage, so we can block out more light when the days start getting longer and the sun rises earlier.
