> The kitchen is decent, and the appliances feel like good quality. That said, it definitely needs some work because a few parts are damaged. The hallway also needs fixing up.

> The room itself is fine and the fixtures are pretty decent, but there’s a section of the floor that’s sagging.

> The bathroom looks nice overall, but the flooring is poorly fitted and the pattern is pretty ugly. The sink is also a real hassle since it’s too small, which means water splashes everywhere. On top of that, the tap is too small as well. It drives me crazy every day, and sometimes I end up washing my hands in the shower instead.

> Staying at Goldsmiths has honestly been a really positive experience for my first year at uni. The location is super convenient, since it’s really close to all the buildings. The accommodation is well set up and has everything you need, like washing machines and recycling bins.

> My room had all the basics too, including an en-suite, a 3/4 bed, heating, wardrobe space, and extra storage under the bed. The kitchen is also a great size and it has everything you need day to day. Overall, it’s a really good place to live and I’d absolutely recommend it to any first year student.
