> There’s a lot of favouritism when it comes to opportunities at the college. The same group of people always seems to get picked for trips and similar things, to the point where it almost feels pointless to apply. And it’s not just trips, either, since the same people are regularly invited to other dinners and events too. Everyone seems to know there’s a set group that is consistently contacted and offered these chances. I’m aware this is something a lot of people experience, and it really discourages them.

> Because the building is so old, there are often a lot of maintenance issues and interruptions to the facilities. It would be really helpful if these could be handled more quickly, or if there were alternative options offered when problems come up.
