> Honestly, it’s pretty hard to pick just one thing to improve since there are so many different areas I could mention. That said, the biggest change would be adding a proper reception desk in the accommodation. It felt like no one asked residents whether the refurbishment would actually make things better for them. Having a reception desk would really help, because it would mean there is always a member of staff on hand. That would cut down waiting times for fire alarm call outs, which are frankly awful, and it would also make parcel collection and post a lot easier. It would also give students a place to go with questions instead of having to keep walking over to Newarke Point for parcels and answers, especially if they only manage to get there when it’s open.

> The lift. And getting our post boxes back, or making it clear where our mail is going now. Other than that, the renovations don’t really cover much of it.
