> From my experience, Greenpad really needs to respond faster when residents report problems in the accommodation that require urgent attention. There was a time when the hot water was cut off for the entire floor for a whole month, and it was genuinely uncomfortable, especially during menstruation. On top of that, the boiler on the floor above had issues too, so people there couldn't shower properly because the water and radiator temperature were getting extremely hot.

> There’s a toilet in the basement, in the shared area, but we really need better communication from Greenpad. If they end up breaching their contract with us, they should offer some kind of compensation. And if students breach their tenancy agreement, their deposit gets taken away. We’re already paying 5% of our rent to Greenpad to manage the place, so whenever they fail to support us or break their contract, they should refund that 5%.
