> I really wish more people knew about it and actually moved there already. It’s great.

> I’d say the biggest issue is the noise control. When residents have guests over, things can get pretty loud, even after quiet hours. Also, opening and closing the doors is pretty disruptive at night since the doors are heavy and they slam easily if you do not close them slowly and gently.
