> Bring the rent down. Private housing ends up costing less, especially when you get more space. Also, laundry should be included with the rent, and the kitchen should not be red, since red is honestly the worst choice for interior decor.

> It’s a lot easier to maintain, but the request logs are really drawn out and the whole process moves slowly. Like, I spent 5 minutes submitting a request because our disabled shower wasn’t working, and 4 weeks later it still hasn’t been fixed.
