> I’ve had a few things break in my apartment, and once I reported them, maintenance has always shown up about 12 hours later. Every time they come by, they’re kind and respectful.

> Much better laundry and facilities overall. That said, they really need to keep up with more regular maintenance, because the clothes do not always come out smelling fresh or properly dry. With the humidity in the rooms, hanging things on an airer is not always a realistic option. Also, the machines sometimes smell a bit, likely from heavy use, so a proper deep clean every so often would make a big difference.
