> There’s honestly a lot of upkeep that seems to go into the internet. I’ve had issues with the Wi-Fi too, and from what I’ve heard and what I’ve seen, it gets disrupted quite often. It has really thrown off our study schedule and made it harder to upload assignments on time. It always seems to happen right around the time deadlines are coming, which is not helpful at all for students.

> And the balcony situation as well. The amount they take from our rent doesn’t feel right to me. Charging 10 pounds a week for a balcony seems off. I’m not bothered about not having a balcony, that’s fine, but I just don’t think it’s worth £10 a week. Thanks.
