> The noise complaints are frustrating. On some occasions, when the security team handles it, I don’t think they’re strict enough. It feels like they still allow guests to remain in the apartments even when the noise is clearly too much and people end up getting woken up.

> The heating doesn’t really help. The windows still let in a lot of cold air even when they’re shut, and because the heating cuts off every 10 minutes, I wake up feeling ill and freezing. It honestly makes me less motivated to get out of bed and get ready for university.
