> 1) This is pretty good, but honestly it’s far too pricey for what you actually get.

> 2) Please, please fix the fire alarm. It goes off a few times every week with absolutely no reason. It’s not just irritating, it’s also kind of dangerous. People have started ignoring it, so instead of everyone going outside right away, they just stay in their rooms and wait for it to stop. If there ever is a real fire, that could put people in a lot of trouble. If you can’t make it less sensitive, then at least give us a way to silence it, because it should not be screaming for 20 minutes just because someone burned their food a little.
