> The noise insulation is a lot better now. I also wish people would show more respect for their neighbors, especially during the quiet hours. The windows are so filthy that I can barely see through them, so they really need cleaning. And please stop the constant flat inspections, they feel so intrusive and disrespectful. Honestly, I often feel like I’m being treated like a child, even though I’m an adult.
