> The staff really do make an effort to communicate. They’re friendly and genuinely supportive, and lately I’ve noticed that most of them already know who I am, which I’m assuming is for the right reasons. The bedrooms and kitchens are both modern and kept really clean.
>
> The bathroom could be a drawback for some people, though. The water pressure can vary, it’s quite small, and ventilation isn’t great. It may feel a bit tight depending on who you are.
>
> There aren’t many communal facilities, but if the courtyard furniture is finished like it sounds, it should be brilliant for warm weather. The internet is fantastic.
>
> Overall, it’s exactly what you’d expect, and possibly even more for the price. It feels like good value.

> The shared spaces are a lot better, both indoors and out. That said, the courtyards really need some attention, like actually do something with them.

> It’s really good, and it mostly comes down to the flatmates you end up with. The place has a lot of great social areas, both in shared spaces around the building and within the flat itself. From my experience, most of the people living there are friendly and really willing to help.
>
> The kitchens are spacious and work well for pre drinks, especially since the accommodation is close to most of the big clubs and pubs. The only downside is the bathrooms. They’re on the smaller side and the shower tends to flood a bit because it’s a wet room. Also, the beds are uncomfortable even with a mattress topper, but you do get used to it over time.
>
> Overall, I’d say it’s one of the better student accommodations, mainly because of the location and the roomy community spaces.
