> Spring Garden is a really nice place to stay overall, but there is one area I think they could improve. Even though staff do inspections, I wish they could also check shared flats more consistently. The main issue is that it can be hard for students and other residents to stick to the cleaning roster.
>
> If management could step in more and set clearer expectations for everyone, it would really help. Maybe they could put in place some kind of standard or consequences, like a penalty, to encourage residents to follow the roster. Right now, it sometimes feels like some occupants do not really care about keeping the place clean, even though they are using the facilities. They leave things messy and do not seem bothered, and then someone else ends up having to pay for the cleaning.

> So, if Spring Garden wants to improve, I think that part needs to be tightened up. Having clear rules to guide cleaning between residents would make a big difference.

> If I had to pick one thing to improve, it would be the communication and how quickly you respond for non urgent maintenance requests. I think the team handles serious issues really well, but when it comes to situations involving third party agreements, it would be great if the accommodation could reach out and coordinate with the third party ahead of time, and share the confirmation details. That would make day to day living feel a lot more comfortable and take some of the stress out of it.
