> One way I think we could improve my competition is by setting up a clear set of rules that teaches students to clean their apartments every week, especially the kitchen and the hallway. The main problem I keep running into is that students eat and then just move on. They do not wash their plates, they do not clean their pots, and they often leave the pots out in the open. Sometimes those pots stay there for a week or even two weeks. They do not put them away and they do not clean them.

> If we had a guideline that was written down and posted in the kitchen, like on the notice board, it would be much easier to enforce. Right now, without any guideline, all you can really do is talk to the students and ask them to keep the place clean.

> So I think the guideline should be created, then displayed where everyone can see it, so it becomes something official that someone can point to and actually enforce where they live. Also, the waste management needs to be addressed. If the trash downstairs is collected at least twice a week, I think that would be fine. Thank you.
