> The one thing I’d really like to see improved is how accessible the laundry and parcel area is.

> If I had to change one thing, it would be the way they deal with parcels. Every time I try to pick one up, I’m told they don’t have it or they can’t locate it. Then I check again a couple of days later and suddenly it’s there, and they hand it over like it was never missing at all. The bigger problem seems to be how parcels are being stored. They’re not organized properly, so the staff can’t find them when residents come to collect.
