> I’d really like them to cut the cost of laundry and fix maintenance faster. For example, when we first moved in, we reported that there’s a hole in the door to our toilet, and now they’ve just taped over it and stuck some metal piece over the spot, even though they told us they would actually replace the door. Also, this is a shared communal bathroom, so it’s frustrating to see it handled like that.
