> The place gets really noisy late at night, and there’s also a lot of trash in the hallways and around outside. It would also be great if they offered 24 hour parking for residents and for family or visitors.

> After-hours security is on the floors, walking around to keep the noise level under control. Since the rooms can’t really be rebuilt, I think the best thing is to make sure there’s a strong security system in place.
