“I’d tear the whole building down and replace it with something that isn’t falling apart and doesn’t have black mold everywhere.”

“The glass is thicker to help cut down on the noise.”

“I had them redo the bathroom floor and also the flooring in the room. I’d also like a kitchen hood added. The bed mattress should be upgraded, and the windows need better upkeep and maintenance.”

“We really like the extra room in the kitchen, especially the bigger refrigerator.”

“I’d like a larger kitchen, with more shelves, and a window that helps keep the cold out.”

“We really need improved toilet door handles.”

“The place looks really run down and there are so many issues. The kitchens are right by the only exit, which is awkward. There’s also damp around, the carpets are starting to lift, and most of the furniture in the common room is either broken or filthy. On top of that, the gym isn’t very good either.”

“Please hire more cleaners. Also, could you get the internet working again?”

“The place really needs a lot of work. The carpets are filthy since they’ve never been replaced, the kitchen area is extremely cramped, and the windows are broken, among other issues.”

“The panels near the heater (I thought they might be for warming the room) don’t work at all. I asked about it, and they told me it would be too expensive to fix. I’m paying for the entire room and all the facilities in it, but the room is still way too cold to stay in. Because of that, I have to go to the university to work on my assignment. It really sucks.”
