“The price makes sense to me since it’s a new building and the location is decent. I get why they’re charging what they are. But overall, it’s not good. The stairwells have walls covered in dirt stains. The waste room is really bad too. The elevators frequently don’t work, and the trash chute often has issues, so people can’t open the hatch and end up leaving trash on the floor. The paper bin fills up way too fast. The internet also keeps lagging a lot, even though each room has its own connection. And the ventilation in the bedrooms is pretty poor, so the air feels very dry.”

“Rengjøring av fellesarealene burde vært på plass igjen, slik det var før. At det nå er opp til leietakerne har ført til mye frustrasjon, fordi det ikke blir gjort skikkelig av alle. I tillegg synes jeg det er helt uakseptabelt at tilbudet ble tatt bort uten noen tydelig beskjed til dem som allerede bodde her, samtidig som leien gikk opp. Det er ikke greit å fjerne noe bra uten å redusere leien etterpå.”
