“It feels way overpriced, and it’s pretty obvious it’s aimed at international students who can pay more. Some of the rooms now have longer tenancy periods, which is just ridiculous because it pushes students into lengthy contracts they don’t actually need. It really comes across as a way to squeeze out even more money.”
