“If there’s one thing this place really needs, it’s a gym on site.”

“Everyone at the front desk is really nice and welcoming, except for one guy who works Friday nights. With him, it feels really easy to get into an argument. He comes across as more rude and a lot less understanding than the rest of the staff. Honestly, it seems like most residents have had bad experiences with him. He also treats Chinese residents differently. He asks for our ID every single time, and I don't get why he does that. If I don't want to hand over my ID, he keeps pressuring me and even threatens that I won’t be allowed to live here in the future.”

“I felt heard when I asked for a noisy, mixed gender flat for the first years, but instead I got placed in a quieter flat with people who wanted silence and weren’t first years.”

“Rent flexibility isn’t great. The place doesn’t feel very flexible if you’re struggling to pay on time, and they also won’t allow you to move out without still having to keep paying rent.”
