“The place has been cutting the internet off for two days now, and it’s still not back. Honestly, that’s totally unacceptable.”

“The lights in my apartment sometimes come on by themselves, even when I’m not anywhere near them. It really feels like there could be a wiring problem.”

“Fixing up things like bicycles should be finished more thoroughly and sooner than before.”

“It would be great if the rooms were a bit roomier, especially since we’re paying more than the students who live on campus.”

“The walls between the rooms really need better soundproofing. I shouldn’t be able to hear other people talking all day, but it’s honestly most annoying around 3am. My flatmates aren’t even doing anything disruptive or breaking the noise rules, they’re just having a normal conversation. Something needs to be done to cut down how much sound travels between rooms, whether that means adding extra insulation, making the walls thicker, or using another fix. If Student Castle improved that, I’d feel the place is much better value for money and I’d likely rate it 4 or 5 stars. Everything else has been pretty good.”

“Make sure the room’s amenities are upgraded, and keep checking often that everything is still available.”

“The rent for the accommodation is really pricey compared to other student halls.”
