“It’s a much nicer TV setup, and you can actually use the streaming services. The laundry area is also better, because the prices for doing laundry are really high.”

“It’s a better setup for the mail so you don’t have to go collect it between 9 and 5. Something like a mail locker would be great, where they text you the unlock code once your delivery arrives. Also, there should be better parking options. And the laundry facilities need improvement too. They’re usually packed and the prices are really high, especially for what we pay in rent. It would be nice to have a system like a free laundry token once a month or something similar.”

“As for where I live, it’s not really the accommodation that’s the issue. The problem is that a few residents don’t seem to stick to the rules, like being really loud late at night. I’d just like everyone to be a bit more cooperative. That said, it’s not on the accommodation since they’ve repeatedly warned the people who keep causing disturbances. One thing I do notice is the laundry setup. There are only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers for roughly 100 flats, which feels pretty limited. It would be great if they added more machines and dryers, because the line can get pretty tedious at certain times of the day.”
