“If I had to pick one thing that could make the overall experience better, it would be the screen on the window. I’m not totally sure what the exact term is, but it’s basically the mesh type thing you put over a window to keep bugs out. The area around the building is really nice, with lots of trees nearby, so sometimes insects end up getting into my room. It gets pretty annoying. But if they added a screen window, that probably wouldn’t happen at all.”

“They could use more study rooms, and the internet should be faster.”

“I’d like them to set up their own laundry system so they can cut down on costs. Laundry is really pricey for students, so that would make a big difference.”

“The room didn’t seem very clean, and there were a bunch of issues that either weren’t working right or still needed fixing before the move-in date. Like, the freezer had a lot of ice piled up, and the wardrobe hinge was broken. On top of that, the water heater can’t really be adjusted. It’s either scalding hot or freezing cold.”

“I don’t think the room is soundproofed very well. I can often hear what’s happening next door, and even closing doors can wake me up or mess with my sleep. On top of that, the refrigerator sometimes makes noise too. And honestly, the cost of using the washing machine feels a little too high for me.”

“Honestly, I think it’s perfect the way it is now. If I had to suggest anything, it might be nice to put a pool table in the lounge area, alongside the table tennis table. Other than that, it’s spot on.”

“The decor could use a little improvement, but aside from that, everything is spot on. The staff, the location, the services, really everything feels perfect.”

“Since some people have really sensitive skin, it’s important to clean the shared laundry machines regularly.”
