“One area I think could be improved is the sense of community. I feel like adding a group chat would really help, ideally organized by the accommodation team. I already set one up myself, but it would be great to have an official version, maybe even separate chats for each building or each floor, depending on what makes the most sense. I honestly think this would go a long way toward building community, and it would make communication between different residents a lot easier. It would be really cool to have.”

“I’m not totally sure about it because the translation feels odd. But I really do want to upgrade the room’s design, especially the toilet, since it’s kind of inconvenient to clean.”

“The place is a bit farther from the university than I was hoping for, and it’s also about 20 minutes from the city centre. If I could tweak one thing, it would be the location. I’d prefer it to be more central, closer to the city centre, and ideally nearer to the university as well. Another thing I’d change is the social events. Right now there seem to be lots of more individual activities, like surveys and little freebies we get. That’s fine, but it would be nice to have more shared events too, like a proper get together or a movie night. I think that would help everyone, especially international students, feel more at ease and included. That said, overall it’s doing a great job.”
