“I really liked how comfortable the mattress was, plus the little shelf above the bed with a light. The shower area should include a rack for toiletries, and it would be great if it also came with a toilet brush. On top of that, the kitchen gets a free mop and brush, and there is a shared ironing board available for each flat.”

“The desk chairs are really uncomfortable, so it would be much better if proper office chairs were provided. Also, the fridges in the six-bedroom flats are far too small for six people. In the kitchen, the cupboards should all be the same size and each one should be allocated to a specific room.”

“I wish there were more social events, and the gym could be a lot better. The study spaces are also something that needs improvement, and overall maintenance should be stepped up. The facilities just don’t feel like they match what it costs to live here in general.”
