“On my first day when I checked in, the room didn’t seem as clean as it should have been. Also, a lot of the fitness equipment wasn’t working. I really think there should be someone at reception 24 hours a day.”

“We really need a friendlier, more outgoing accommodation manager. The one we have right now is rude, she basically never shows up for work, and she is not sociable at all. She also never seems willing to help the residents. Whenever something comes up, she just tries to wave it away. And when a resident brings up a concern, she dismisses it every time with lines like, “we are not obliged to” or “it is not our responsibility.””
