“The WiFi does seem to drop quite often, so it would be great if it were more reliable. Also, I really wish the shower was fitted, because it takes ages for the water to drain away.”

“The WiFi connection keeps dropping, so it really needs to be fixed. The cleaners also need to do a better job, because when I moved in the kitchen and shower were not clean at all. I ended up cleaning them myself. The room was extremely dusty too, so I had to do that again on my own. The bathroom has no shelves, so there is nowhere to put your toiletries. The toasters and oven are also broken, and there is no broom provided for the kitchen. On top of that, there is only one bin for seven housemates, while the neighbors somehow get two bins, which makes no sense. There is a vacuum cleaner, but other housemates keep taking it for themselves, so I ended up having to buy my own broom. The mattress feels old and damaged as well. I could definitely feel a few broken springs.”
