“For the kitchen update, it feels like there’s only one sofa, and honestly the table and chairs are really uncomfortable. The cooker is tilted, so it’s awkward to set pots and pans on it. On top of that, most of the appliances look quite old.”

“I’ve honestly really enjoyed living here. The neighborhood and the support staff are genuinely great. If I had to change just one thing, it would be the laundry setup. The machines work well, but having a mobile app to see what’s available, pay from my phone, and get notifications when a load is done would make life so much easier.”

“Overall it’s fine, but the rooms are pretty dim, the kitchen stays dark too, and it’s often cold. Also, it doesn’t feel very social.”

“Honestly, it’s the little things. Like having someone come out to repair our living room window, because we still haven’t heard anything since we complained back in September. Also, the hob: it heats up fast, but it feels really unsafe. We also need more space in the fridge, since there aren’t any shelves, so we can’t store bottles properly. The cookware quality is another issue. A lot of us have had to buy our own pots and pans because the ones provided started chipping. And the shower head pressure could be better too, and that sort of thing.”
