“You barely ever get to interact with the neighbours, because you don't see them much. It would be great if there were more social get togethers in the common room to help build a stronger sense of community.”

You can also see water marks on the walls by the boiler, and there are plenty of marks across the bedroom walls, especially a big one at the top of the bed, which is probably where the last tenant used to rest their head. Honestly, it just needs a bit of sprucing, a fresh coat of paint, some re-plastering, and general updating.”
