Before we even moved in, there was already a major mould problem in both bedrooms and the bathroom. We tried to tackle it ourselves, but it still spread further. After moving in, I started having trouble breathing, which I had not had before. The support we got was very disappointing. We mostly just received emails telling us to ventilate the rooms, but that did nothing to actually fix the problem. In the end, I had to go out and buy my own mould treatments.”
