“The residents should do more cleaning in the shared areas, and there should be more communal kitchen appliances and equipment available.”

“The room I moved into really wasn’t up to scratch. The wardrobe door wouldn’t close properly, the shower was flooded, and the bed was already broken when I arrived. On top of that, I had to spend a fair bit on unblocker and other stuff just to get the shower and sink working properly. I also ended up fixing the bathroom door, since that was damaged too. Honestly, the condition of the room when I moved in was appalling.”

“The washer and dryer combo is a little tricky to handle. No matter what I do, the dryer never really gets my clothes completely dry.”
