“It would be great to have a few more shared spaces where you can actually meet people and connect with others who are staying in the same place as you.”

“They can help with cleaning the kitchen, but when someone moves out, they don’t clean the room. I ended up having to clean it myself.”

“If you’re pulling in just to park for a bit, there’s no way to get the gate open when nobody’s at reception. It would be great to have more on-site facilities, like a gym or a shared study space. Also, it might help to split the laundry so there are two areas on each side, since it’s quite a long walk from block F to do the laundry.”

“The outside area looks much cleaner now. I also really like that there’s a more welcoming, dedicated space for studying. The refurbishment of the corridors and stairwells has made a big difference too. Maintenance on the lifts still needs improving because they’re always breaking down. There are also trip hazards on the stairs since the plastic edging isn’t fitted properly. It bends up, and I’ve caught my foot on a nail sticking out of a door a few times.”
