“There were just two elevators, and one of them hasn’t been working for a couple of months, so it might be that they are getting the maintenance sorted out.”

“We need more washing machines, or at least an app feature that tells you if any are available. Also, we could really use more bins.”

“They need to be clearer about rebooking. Also, stop letting the universities take over the entire building, and give the current residents a real chance. Booking through the uni is way harder if you’re not a first year student.”

“Make the bathroom bigger and have the elevators run faster.”

“I think keeping up with who’s moving out and who’s moving in can get really overwhelming for some people.”

“The fire alarm system seems to be malfunctioning more often than not, so it ends up going off all the time. I really wish that could get fixed. Also, the building doesn’t look very nice from the outside, and it’s not very clean either, especially around the windows. Speaking of the windows, they’re pretty thin, so they let in a draft and it stays freezing during the colder months. On top of that, it’s extremely loud since we’re so close to the train tracks and the road.”

“The room looks really bright, the walls are very white. It honestly needs some more color!”

“The bathroom really needs a full makeover. The outside of the building looks awful, and the kitchen space just doesn’t feel very workable.”

“I’d probably move to another apartment to get away from the train noise, since reception keeps getting complaints about it all the time.”
