“The room is close to the city center, so it isn’t very quiet at all. I’d really like the city to install CCTV out on the street to help make sure people act appropriately.”

“I wish the place had been cleaner when I moved in. It was pretty grimy, there was greasy liquid on the stove top, paint splatters on the floor, dirt in the shower, and grime and smudges on the walls and things like that. The rest of the accommodation feels a bit hit and miss when it comes to cleanliness, especially outside the reception area, but I guess with so many people living here it’s probably tough to stay on top of everything. On top of that, my wifi keeps cutting out, and I’ve been waiting a week to get a response from Ask4. It would be great if that could be sorted quickly, since I’m a student and I really need reliable wifi. Overall though, it’s a really nice accommodation. The fully furnished flat is great, and the staff are awesome. If they just fixed a couple of small issues, it would easily be a five star review.”

“I’ve only been living at Windsor House for about a month, but I’m honestly really pleased with my experience so far. That said, I do think the place needs to improve its security. There have been a few times where I’ve noticed the back gate, which is by the stairs near the lift and I believe it’s meant as an emergency exit, left open. It opens straight toward the road, and I find that really unsafe. I’ve also seen the other back gate that leads into the open area and then toward the reception space left open and unattended quite often. Again, I don’t think that’s safe at all. Even though you can’t really get into the accommodation without cards and keys, it still feels risky in certain situations.”
