“So far, I’ve had a really good experience at Queen’s Park. The team has been genuinely helpful, and it seems like they take maintenance seriously. I’m also relieved about how safe and secure everything feels. The only thing I’d change is that the lifts and corridors could be cleaned more often. On the internet side, I haven’t had any problems at all, it’s been working smoothly. Plus, they deal with our parcels properly and send an email when we have something to collect, so it’s hard for anything to go missing.”

It would be great to have more amenities, especially somewhere people can sit and hang out, because right now there isn’t really a place to socialize. Also, if there’s a gym in this building, that would be really helpful. Basically, a cafe and a gym would make a big difference. Thank you.”

“The one thing I’d change about the place is that there really isn’t a proper social area. Compared to other accommodations, I think it would be great to have a common space where people can just meet up and hang out. Something like a pool table or table tennis would be perfect. Even just having a room with a TV where residents can spend time together, chat, and relax would make a big difference.”

“Nothing. This place has the most roomy living spaces and bedrooms out of all the other accommodations I saw in Coventry. The atmosphere, the views, and the service are all genuinely excellent.”

“Staying at Unite Students is really lovely, and the rent is pretty affordable too. The facilities are also great.”

“The layout of the studio apartments makes the kitchen and bathroom areas really tight, so you end up with hardly any storage. On top of that, there is basically no freezer space, which makes it hard to cook in a budget-friendly way.”
