“They really need someone at the front desk all the time, or at least every day between 9 and 5. I can’t get packages delivered in the evenings or on weekends, and when something goes wrong there’s nobody around to talk to.”

“The price is pretty good, and the place itself is fine, I’m not saying it isn’t. But honestly, for that amount, you’d expect something more like a palace.”

“Honestly, the only thing that really needs improvement is the bedrooms themselves. The walls seem to run straight up to the ceiling, and the roof is extremely thin. If you are on the ground floor, like I am, you can hear everything the person upstairs does. Every footstep, every time they open a drawer, it becomes unbearable. You can hear the floor and it actually shakes. That part just isn’t good. It needs a lot of work because no matter what the person above is doing, you can hear it clearly in your room, and you can feel it too. I don’t think they could possibly walk any lighter, so it feels like a problem with how the ceiling and floor are built and how well they are padded. Everyone has their own routine, so sometimes you are trying to sleep and they are just getting up or moving around, and you end up not sleeping at all. The accommodation staff have tried to help with support where they can, but I genuinely think it is beyond their control.”
