It would go a long way toward building a stronger community feel. On top of that, I think it would be great to add some outdoor seating areas on the ground level. It would give people a nice place to unwind outside, and it would also make it easier for neighbors to spend time together. Overall, if the laundry facilities were improved, a common hall was added, and there were outdoor seating areas, I feel like the whole living experience would be much better. It would help create a friendlier atmosphere and a real sense of camaraderie among residents.”
