“One thing I’d really like to see improved is making the space more welcoming and supportive for LGBTQ+ residents. That could be done by boosting awareness, encouraging acceptance, and rolling out more initiatives and activities that help promote diversity and inclusion throughout the accommodation.”

“I know we already have the living rooms, but because they open up into the kitchen, it can feel like people might not want to be watched while they cook. It would be great to have another communal space, like a third room for studying. Also, since this place is quite far from the University, it’s really easy to just stay shut in your room, and that’s not very healthy. I get that this probably isn’t simple to change.”
