“The only change I’d ask for is an instruction manual for the microwave oven. I get that using it as a microwave is pretty straightforward, but I’m not sure how to use the “oven” settings.”

“This year’s WiFi has been really bad. Compared to last year, it’s noticeably worse and feels a lot cheaper, too. And the new provider won’t even reply when you complain.”

“I really think having parking at the accommodation would help a lot. It’s not legal to park nearby, and the only option is a small parking lot about 5 km away. The problem is it’s almost always full, and it only holds around 10 cars.”

“They do work in the flats and rooms during holidays and summer, and it keeps going nonstop, which is really disruptive. The bathroom quality is poor too, since the sensor and the light never seem to work properly. The shower problems also take too long to get fixed. On top of that, from one building the gym is only accessible by going through the open courtyard. There are also just too many issues with the water. Finally, the security and reception team needs to be more organized, especially when it comes to bookings for the social areas.”
