“I’d really love to have the towel warmer on. It’s there, but it seems to be switched off.”

“The range hood really needs an upgrade, because the second I moved in, I noticed it was already broken.”

“The lighting quality is really bad, especially in the bathroom. The kitchen setup is also pretty disappointing since there’s no oven. And to make it worse, there are these awful multi-coloured polka dots on the wall above the bed, which completely ruins the look of the room and just doesn’t belong.”

“I think there are a couple things that could be improved in our apartments. The biggest one is the car that comes to collect the glass bottles. They usually arrive very early in the morning, around three to four, and it’s hard to deal with. I feel it would be better if they changed the pickup time. Also, the garbage bins are located at the back of the apartments, which is inconvenient. They should be moved closer, like on one side of the door. Sometimes the bins get really full with bottles and other waste, and they do not look clean. They should be cleaned on time. One more thing is that we cannot open the door from the inside.”

“Overall, the place has made some great improvements, especially when it comes to security. I also think it would be better to have someone at reception 24/7, whether that’s staff or security. Another thing is the laundry area needs to be bigger, since right now there are only three washing machines and three dryers.”
