“One thing that would really make the place feel better is having stronger Wi-Fi. The connection can be pretty spotty sometimes, especially during busy hours, and that makes it harder to study or join online lectures. Also, for Kaplan on Argyle Street specifically, I think adding more shared spaces for hanging out and doing group study would help build a stronger sense of community. On top of that, the laundry setup could use some improvement. Better laundry facilities would make day-to-day life more comfortable and supportive. For instance, adding more washers and dryers, and upgrading them so they run more efficiently, would cut down on waiting times and make laundry a lot easier. Right now, a couple of the machines do not wash clothes properly or they do not dry them all the way. So if they could make sure every machine works well and consistently, residents would get the most out of what they are paying. It would be a much better value overall.”

“Having an entertainment space we can reserve, bring friends together, and play games while making food and just having fun would really level up the whole vibe of the place.”

“I’m on the fifth floor, and I really wish I had known that I’m paying the same amount as everyone else on the other floors, even though they get extra storage space in both the kitchen and the bedroom. Our place also has these awkward slanted roofs that make it hard to study and even harder to sleep. If the rent were lower because of it, I wouldn’t be complaining, but I don’t think it’s totally fair.”
