I also think there should be an in person orientation when people move in, so residents know what facilities are available and how to use them, without running into issues getting access. For example, I honestly did not know how to use the oven, microwave, laundry area, or vacuum cleaner, so it took me a long time to figure everything out by myself, and I ended up asking other people for help.”

“The barriers put in place for vehicles trying to enter the car park make everything feel a lot more secure, and the doors to each flat have proper locks too. Overall, it really boosts the sense of safety in the building.”

“It would be great to have some kind of student transport to and from campus. Even a basic bus or tram that runs once each morning would really help.”
