“The bathroom could be a little more comfortable. The little dip in the floor doesn’t really hold onto water, so after a shower the whole floor ends up wet. Also, the shower head is on the low side, and since I’m taller, I have to crouch and lean over way more than I’m comfortable with just to take a shower.”
“A larger kitchen, plus a shared lounge area where you can hang out with the other residents in the two-bedroom units.”
“The rent should be lowered so it matches the actual quality of the place and its amenities. Or, if the rent stays the same, then the accommodation and facilities need to be upgraded to justify it.”
“The shared space for our building”
“The room temperature could be better, and the shower experience definitely needs an upgrade. Also, they really need to sort out the hot water issue in the shower.”
