My stay at the accommodation has been mostly positive. The staff were really helpful and friendly, and the room is spacious with everything I needed. The only downside was that the wifi had issues for about a month, which slightly disrupted my work. Besides that, it was great.

St Crispin's House really has a lot going for it. There are loads of facilities that are both useful and enjoyable, like study spaces, a pool lounge, karaoke, a cinema, and a gym. The staff are genuinely warm and friendly, and they are always ready to help if anything comes up, since they are easy to find at reception. The Wi-Fi is usually strong too, which makes it much easier to use the accommodation app. Through the app you can put in maintenance requests for your room, ask questions, get regular updates about what is going on, and also keep an eye on your deliveries and post, which the team handles safely and securely. All in all, St Crispin's House is excellent value for money, thanks to the great facilities, the size and quality of the rooms, the staff, and the location.

Please turn off the alarm that keeps going off for no reason.

Visitor parking on site is available, but there aren’t any tables or a proper place to sit and hang out in the courtyard.

The cost of the washing machine. For what I pay for my room, I honestly thought the machines and dryers would be a little cheaper. But the prices keep going up, and they’re still pretty pricey compared to when I first moved in.

For the kitchen, we had cleaners at my last place who would take care of emptying the bins.

In the shared spaces, the carpets could definitely be cleaned more often. I mean the smaller, portable ones, not the ones fixed to the floor. A number of them are pretty dirty.

I’d definitely improve the soundproofing in the rooms and the hallway, but I guess that’s just something you can’t really avoid in a building like this.

The bedroom and the rest of the building are really nice, but I think there’s one thing that should be improved. In my studio apartment, the bed is a small double, and I wish it were a proper double instead. When you have a visitor, a small double can be too tight for two people. And with the winter holidays coming up, like Christmas and New Year, a lot of people want to have family stay over. Planning for that and then realizing it’s a small double is pretty rough. It says “double bed,” so you expect it to be comfortable for two, but in the end it just isn’t big enough.

Yugo doesn’t really include any kind of gift for the residents, so I doubt this is going to work out. As for the city, the room rate feels way too high. Sometimes it’s basically the same as room rent in London or other big cities, which is honestly pretty surprising.
