“If I had to say one thing I would change, it would probably be the location, but realistically that can't be helped. I’m not totally sure. There are lots of social events going on, but I’m just not very social, so I don’t really join in. That’s not really the accommodation’s fault though. I’ve seen photos and it looks like everyone is having a great time. Honestly, the only thing I might change is something small, but I genuinely can’t think of anything specific. Overall, it’s really great. It’s amazing.”

“I like that you can get the room and kitchen maintenance handled through the front desk, because I really prefer speaking face to face. Overall, I think this would improve the accommodation rating, since it feels less like a strict contract and more like a genuine community.”

“The one thing I really think they should work on is the shower. We do not have a shower head that feels very good right now, and I think that would make a big difference if they upgraded it. The common room is not really an issue, but having a better shower head would be great. Honestly, that is probably my biggest complaint.”

“They’re honestly some of the best, and I’d stick with them all the way through my end of study.”

“My accommodation is pretty good for the price you pay. It’s cheaper than most other places. One thing I really like is that there’s a gym right next door, and there’s also a Tesco nearby. The main downsides are that it’s quite a long walk to the university, and it’s also far from town and other social spots. When I moved in, the toilet had mould around the taps in the sink and in the shower, and the windowsill was also quite dirty. Overall though, the room is a good size for the money.”

“The single bed was great, the airflow in the rooms and kitchens felt much better, and I also really liked the shower head.”

“Please keep the receptionist, she really makes the place feel worth staying in. It would help a lot to have a study space and a shared common area for entertainment. Also, lowering the accommodation price would support students and help you keep them around.”

“The rooms have double beds. Also, the toilets are better, at least in terms of the way they’re set up.”

“The room is supposed to be soundproof, but every so often I’d wake up to the noise from the next workshop.”
